STROKE (angin ahmar)...suatu istilah yang sangat-sangat di geruni akhir2 ini oleh insan-insan yang meningkat umur dewasa menuju phasa kematangan (40an) ,lebih-lebih lagi bagi mereka yang sudah berada dialam fana ini sudah separuh abad (50an)….
Walau istilah “stroke” ini lumrah di dengari saban waktu,namun natijahnya amat dasyat kesan kunjungan penyakit ini walaupun tanpa diundang..
Alqaswa merasa sangat perlu berkongsi pengalaman dan pengetahuan dengan sahabat2 sekelian yang mana dengannya kita semua berpeluang untuk mengetahui simpton2nya,cara pemakanan sihat yang boleh menghindari kunjungan penyakit “stroke” ini ,pengawasan2 yang perlu serta bimbingan,kaunseling dan semangat yang perlu di bina untuk mereka2 yang telah “dikunjungi “penyakit ini..
Tanda2 yang boleh di kesan dan dirasai oleh sahabat-sahabat menandakan akan dikunjungi penyakit ini ialah ,
1-Secara tiba2 terasa kelemahan pada deria muka,tangan,betis serta kaki terutamanya padasebelah badan samaada kiri atau kanan.
2- Secara tiba2 ada masaalah untuk bercakap dan menuturkan perkataan serta kedudukan rahang mulut akan terkeluar dari kedudukan asalnya.
3-Secara tiba2 tahap penglihatan sebelah atau kedua-dua mata akan menurun serta menjadi kabur.
4-Secara tiba2 susah untuk melangkah sebelah kaki untuk berjalan serta badan akan menjadi tidak seimbang.
5-Secara tiba2 kepala akan menjadi sakit di sebelah kanan atau kiri tanpa bersebab.
Secara amnya bila “Stroke” berkunjung maka segala aktiviti2 harian sahabat2 semua akan terhenti secara tiba2 juga…dalam ertikata yang lain kelumpuhan jasad akan berlaku,maka lumpuhlah segala jadual harian,jadual mingguan,jadual bulanan dan jadual tahunan yang baru saja di semai benih keazaman, tahun baru 2010…serta yang lebih dasyat lagi keazaman dan cita2 untuk bertaubat serta beramal soleh di penghujung usia akan terbantut,maka kontingensi plan perlu di gunapakai…iaitu Plan D(beramal soleh secara darurat)- iaitu beramal sekadar yang termampu oleh anggota2 badan yang masih berupaya,
Contohnya,solat secara duduk,secara di tempat pembaringan atau sekadar kelipan mata
serta isyarat2 anggota yang termampu….sangat sayu hatinya bagi sahabat2 yang sudah
istiqomah mengerjakan solat berjemaah di masjid2 yang sudah bertahun-tahun lamanya,
namun dikala mendengar laungan azan mendayu-dayu memuji kebesaran RABB yang maha
agung, yang maha sempurna sifat2Nya, yang maha kuddus, yang maha suci,yang mengatasi segala kesempurnaan makhluk2 ciptaanNya..Takbir diucapkan dengan kesyahduan hati..Tahmid diucapkan selari dengan kesyukuran kalbu,Tasbih jiwa menuju
ketenangan…namun air mata jernih membasahi kelopak mata dengan penuh pengharapan serta segementar ketakutan khauf akan sekelumit dosa2 lampau yang memerlukan pengampunan Illahi…Ya Allah..Ya Allah.. Ya Allah…kasihani hamba yang daif ini ,berilah
pengampunanMu Ya Allah,Ya Rabbi…berilah kesempatan buat hambaMu Taubat Nasuha
dari sakibaki dosa2 pada Mu,kelalaian hambaMu ini..Ya Allah..Yang Maha Pengampun.
Inilah gambaran rintihan yang menyayat hati, munajat sahabat2 yang di kunjungi tetamu
yang bernama Ar-Raihul Ahmar(stroke).
Penyakit “stroke” juga di panggil Angin Ahmar yang mempunyai nostalgia yang begitu ‘historic’ dengan kisah nabi Sulaiman A.S…
Al-kisahnya yang masyur tentang kehebatan pentadbiran nabi Sulaiman A.S yang memerintah seluruh alam semesta,segala jenis makhluk yang melata dan makhluk yang berada di angkasaraya..Semasa menerima kunjungan hormat dari seluruh makhluk dibawah tadbirannya maka terdetik dalam hatinya adakah lagi sakibaki makhluk yang tidak mahu tunduk di bawah kerajaan Sulaiman bin Daud?secara tiba2 menjelmalah dengan keizinan dari Allah S.W.T suatu lembaga yang sangat besar,gagah,hebat dan garang sekali rupanya..Nabi Sulaiman A.S terkejut mengeletar lalu bertanya kepada lembaga itu siapakah dia?dan apa tujuan ia datang? Lembaga itu menjawab dia adalah yang bernama Ar-Raihul-Ahmar(Angin Ahmar) iaitu suatu penyakit yang sangat bahaya berbanding penyakit2 yang lain…dia boleh meresap masuk kedalam urat saraf,darah dan otak anak cucu adam memberi impak kesakitan yang dashyat,membawa kepada kehilangan akal fikiran,ketawa dan menangis sendirian seperti dalam alam yang berlainan sifatnya.Nabi Sulaiman terus mengarahkan panglima perangnya membunuh makhluk tersebut,lalu makhluk itu berkata tiada siapa yang boleh membunuhnya kecuali Allah S.W.T lalu terus menghilangkan dirinya..
Ar-Raihul Ahmar masih hidup sampai saat ini dan di zaman Nabi Muhammad S.A.W ,beliau menyarankan umatnya sentiasa berdoa selepas solat untuk menjauhkan diri dari penyakit ini….Semuga Allah S.W.T memberi alqaswa dan sahabat2 sekelian perlindungan dari kunjungan kehormat tamu yang tak diundang ini…amiin.Sentiasalah bermunajat pada Illahi setiap saat selesai solat, samaada yang fardhu atau yang sunat untuk dihindari penyakit yang sangat merbahaya ini………(b’smbg)
